Terms and Conditions for Google My Business Setup Package
By purchasing our Google My Business Setup Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
We will create and optimize a Google My Business (GMB) profile for your business based on the information provided by you. This includes filling out business details, uploading relevant photos, setting service areas, and verifying your GMB listing (where applicable).
Optional ongoing management services (such as posting updates and responding to reviews) are available for an additional fee.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information, including your business name, address, phone number, operating hours, and any other details required for setting up and optimizing your GMB profile.
Any delays in providing this information may result in delays in completing the setup process.
If your business requires verification via a postcard, phone, or email, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct method is used and for sharing verification codes with us to complete the process.
3. Ownership and Access
The Google My Business profile will be set up in your name, and you will retain full ownership and access to the account upon completion of the setup process.
We may require temporary access to your Google account or Business Manager to complete the setup, but we will never claim ownership or permanent access rights to your GMB profile.
4. Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required upfront before we begin the setup process.
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once the setup process has started. In the case of significant delays or issues, we will work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
5. Timeline
We strive to complete the setup process within 7-14 business days after receiving all necessary information from you. However, external factors (such as delays in Google’s verification process) may affect the timeline, and we cannot guarantee specific completion dates.
6. Liability
We will not be held liable for any issues that arise from incorrect or outdated information provided by you. This includes any penalties or suspensions imposed by Google due to inaccurate business details.
We will not be responsible for any changes made by Google to their platform or policies that affect the visibility or functionality of your GMB listing after setup.
7. Google Verification and Suspension
Google may require additional verification to confirm the legitimacy of your business. We cannot guarantee that your listing will be approved by Google, as final approval rests with Google’s verification process.
If your GMB profile is suspended or penalized by Google after setup due to issues outside our control (such as Google’s algorithm changes, policy violations, or user-generated content), we will assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee reinstatement.
8. Ongoing Management
Ongoing management services are not included in the setup package unless specifically agreed upon. These services (e.g., review monitoring, posting, and listing updates) are available for an additional fee.
If opted for, ongoing management services can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our GMB setup service at any time, with prior notice to clients.
10. Legal Compliance
You agree that the use of our services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Google’s Terms of Service and policies.
11. Disclaimer

12. Amendments
