The Client – Your business

Client Obligations: We expect our clients to carry out sufficient research before proceeding with the AdWords & SEO campaign creation. This includes ensuring that the website/business operates legally, and we cannot be held responsible for any legal issues that may arise.

Billing and Payments: Our monthly account fee is 12% of your monthly AdWords budget, with a minimum charge of $356/mo. For example, if your monthly budget is $5,000, our monthly charge would be $599 (12% of the budget). Payment must be made in advance before the start of each month, and the monthly management fee for both SEO and AdWords will be automatically deducted via a third-party debit provider (Pay Advantage). The billing cycle will be for 30 days from the date of the project’s start.

Working Hours and Communication: Our team works for 5 days a week, following Australia business hours (09:00a.m. – 06:00p.m. AEST). All Saturdays and Sundays will be considered non-working days, and all communication with the client will be done in accordance with the Australian time zone.

Project Management: We provide each client with a dedicated project manager who will respond to all requests within a maximum time period of 2 working days. In the event that the project manager is not available, another employee or contractor of the company will stand in as a project manager to ensure continuity of service.

Project Phases: Once a project phase has been ‘signed off,’ all work within that phase will be considered final and fully approved by the client. Any further changes to work that has been signed off may incur additional charges.

Website Optimisation: We shall carry out an exhaustive review and provide recommendations on website landing pages and content optimisation for best performance.

Material Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any material that may be deemed offensive, abusive, defamatory, or in breach of copyright law. It is the duty of the client to establish the rights to any material supplied for inclusion in the project. We cannot be held liable for any breaches in copyright or privacy as a result of images or content supplied.

Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any loss that may occur before, during, or after the duration of this project. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, human injury, or reputation.
